The first step in improving the V85 focuses on the engine, with the introduction of a variable distribution system. This system, using a 7° centrifugal offset of the camshaft beyond 6,500 rpm, improves the availability of torque at low and mid-range speeds while optimizing power at high speeds. The 853 cm³ engine shows a slight increase in torque (+0.1 kgm) and a power gain of 4 horsepower, reaching 80 hp at 7,750 rpm.
The V85 TT Travel model also benefits from other improvements: it is equipped with cases with a total capacity of 64.5 liters, heated grips and seats, as well as increased protection. The new version features a larger windscreen (22% larger than the previous one) with additional deflectors, offering 50% more additional protection and adjustable in 5 positions.
